Overcoming Self-Criticism
Our brains can be highly critical and it is easy to get into patterns where even when we put in lots of effort we are unable to feel that it is sufficient. In this session explore why this is and how to overcome it using evidence-based strategies to connect with our natural strengths, notice achievements and start to challenge unhelpful negative thoughts.
