Meet the Team
Who we are
As a group of Clinical Psychologists we are all passionate about creating change in both the people and the culture of an organisation. We believe that you can create positive working environments though understanding, compassion and a good plan. Everyone struggles because they think they are the only one feeling the way that they are, but that is not the case. We like to normalise peoples feelings and facilitate change in an innovative and creative way.
We are:
Approachable - We find the balance between being warm and validating whilst also challenging people enough to promote change
Culture changing- Passionate about reducing mental health stigma and normalising conversations in the workplace
Knowledgeable - as Clinical Psychologists we have solid scientific foundation plus experience [Find out More here]
Individualised - we put the person at the centre of the change
Integrative - we use a range of skills to find the one that works
Flexible - Able to deal with a range of needs
Innovative - we find creative new ways to produce bespoke mental wellbeing packages
Effective - backed by science, led by what works, we get results
Comprehensive - We can meet all of your needs. Whether it is about maximising wellbeing or treating significant mental distress we have the expertise… we have it covered!
