What links Michelle Obama, Tom Hanks and Neil Gaimen? Despite all beinghighly successful in their fields each of them have reported experiencing imposter syndrome. Doubting our skills and talents can get in the way of our goals, cause stress and anxiety but it can be difficult to know how to overcome these concerns. In this session we explore the factors that can lead to feeling like and imposter and how to overcome these in order to rebuild confidence and thrive.

The session aims to

  • Understand what imposter syndrome is and where it comes from

  • Notice the signs of imposter syndrome in yourself and others

  • Use evidence based techniques to build confidence and faith in your skills
