Habit formation to reach your goals
Setting goals is a key part of making progress, whether that be at work or in your personal lives, we need them. Goals can motivate us to achieve and can provide much needed guidance to keep us on track. However, if goals are unattainable and not inline with our personal values this can pile on the pressure and de-motivate us. As psychologists we love supporting people to achieve their goals and a key part of that is working out your values, what is meaningful to your and how your goals align to this. Join us as we bring together the science and the human to help your achieve the goals that are authentic to you.
We have created a training session that allows your team to explore their own individual goals, think about their values and what might get in the way of achieving their goals. With an understanding of this we can then create a plan of action to achieve those goals and keep you feeling motivated throughout the year. We know how important it is to have a team inspired by goals that truly motivate them. Use this session to help unlock their potential!
Setting intentions and staying inspired
Setting goals and reaching them are two very different things! How often have we set a goal and gone out all guns blazing ready to achieve only to find that a few weeks or months later we have run out of steam and the goal falls by the wayside. The key to meeting those intentions lies in creating meaningful, strategic and science backed approaches to goal planning and implementation. This webinar is here to teach you all about it
