Connection can look different for everyone so it is important to find the connections that matter to you. As psychologists we love supporting people to find new ways of connecting with others, engaging in meaningful activities and living their best lives. We have created a training session to explore with your team what connection means in a range of contexts and how to create and maintain meaningful connections in all areas of life. We also know that creating great connections in the workplace is key to business success but this can be difficult to maintain as work patterns change so we work closely with businesses to help them create connection strategies to engage and build their team. How to feel connected

Loneliness is affecting more and more of us in the UK. We have seen the enormous impact that lack of connection had on our physical and mental health during the pandemic and for many they are still living with the impact of this. Our connection to other people and our community is fundamental to protecting our mental health, so it's important to find ways of tackling the epidemic of loneliness. We know that there's a difference between being alone and being lonely, it's good to connect with others but how can we do this in an authentic way so we also feel connected to ourselves?

  • Why we feel so disconnected in the age of connectivity.

  • Considering the impact of the pandemic and changes in working patterns, to deal with these new challenges.

  • How can we make sure we get the social interaction both online, in our local communities and in the workplace.
