Tools for tackling anxiety
Anxiety disorders are estimated to affect 30% of adults within their lifetime but this figure doesn’t include lower levels of anxiety that can still have a significant impact upon our life and work. It’s a common misconception that you only need support if anxiety is serious, in reality to experience anxiety is a pretty normal phenomenon and learning how to manage it can significantly improve our wellbeing in general and work in particular. Often when we work with people we will hear things like “I thought it was just normal to feel this way” but with some simple tips and strategies the people we work with are unable to unlock a whole new way of living and working. This is why we love sharing our knowledge and supporting others to make positive changes in their lives!
We have created a training sessions to help your team understand different elements and how to overcome them. We also know that anxiety in the workplace can be linked to individual experiences such as imposter syndrome or perfectionism or simply from elements to the job for example pitch anxiety so we have a range of training sessions focussed on some of these hot topics as well. This session explores why anxiety exists and how to work alongside it effectively and sustainably.

Unhelpful thinking styles and how to manage them
How we think has a big impact on how we feel and what we do. The way we think can be helpful and get us closer towards are goals or be unhelpful and cause us increased stress and barriers. In this session we will explore common thinking styles, build awareness and learn strategies to overcome our unhelpful thinking patterns.
